This project is a 5,000 sf office building located in Ringgold, GA. The owner had specific goals on this project. The interior needed to be efficient and exterior needed to be "non-descript". He chose Design-Build as his method of project delivery. By making this choice, we created long-term value for our customer.
MAIN THERAPY AREA
The owner wanted to have a non-descript exterior that still had a professional appearance. In discussing the exterior, our design team made some changes that turned into long term income for the owner.
EXTERIOR VIEWS
The long term income for the owner was created by creative site design. The facility was placed on the site in a way to allow another 5,000sf building to be placed on the site. He bought the property once, and can subdivide and sell the lot, or build lease space.
This is truly the essence of Design-Build Construction.
SITE PHOTOS-The building on right is NRPT. The lot created is to the left of NRPT between the adjacent facility. The value created for the owner was at least $ 175,000 if the lot were sold on the open market. However, the longer he keeps it, the more it will be worth.
This is a project we recently completed at the Chattanooga Airport. This was an addition to the TAC Air Hanger. The hanger was originally constructed in the 1960's and the "scissor type" door became a safety hazard.
Two new mainframes were constructed outside the existing building and a lean to was added to accomodate the new door system. A new parapet was installed to give the facility a clean appearance.
The finished product was exactly what the owner was looking for. It allowed for safe, efficient operation of the door and for larger aircraft to access the facility.
This is a project that is in progress on South Broad Street in Chattanooga. When completed, the building will be approximately 15,000 sf of warehouse space with 5,000 sf of attached office. For leasing information contact David Devaney at .
The space will be completed in June of '06.
